We, CityFresh Fruit Company Limited (“CityFresh”), collect, use and disclose your personal information for the following purposes:
- To consider granting approval of applications for purchase our products and services or participating in projects of CityFresh or which are jointly launched by CityFresh and third parties or government authorities, including identity verification processes and risk assessment for entering into any related transactions.

- To participate in our activities, e.g. field quizzes to win prizes, online quizzes, site visits, seminars, other projects of CityFresh or which are jointly launched by CityFresh and third parties or government authorities, etc., including other relevant undertakings related to the participation in such activities, e.g. prize deliveries.
- To assess, improve and develop our products, services and sales promotion campaigns.
- To comply with legal obligations, writs, letters or orders of authorities, independent organizations or competent officials, e.g. to comply with writs of summon, writs of seizure, court orders, orders of police officers, public prosecutors, government authorities, and to report or disclose the information to the government authorities or independent organizations, e.g. the Department of Energy, the Revenue Department, the Department of Land, the State Audit Office, the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, etc.
- To comply with legal obligations and requests, including to report.
- To establish, comply or exercise the rights to legal claims or defend against the right to legal claims, and to proceed any legal proceedings as well as legal enforcement procedures.
- To conduct business planning, reporting and forecasting.
- To prevent fraud or undertake internal detection or investigation or undertake any other legal actions.
- To monitor security in our buildings, premises, including I.D. card deposit before accessing such areas and using CCTV to collect images of those who contact us at our buildings, premises.
- To manage risks, supervise and audit, including to undertake an internal audit by [Office of Corporate Audit], and undertake an internal administration, including to benefit from internal operations related to disbursements processes of the [finance and accounting department] of CityFresh.
- To investigate and handle complaints and allegations relating to the operations of CityFresh or related parties to ensure transparency and justice for all parties.
- To inform you of any information about our products, services or projects, benefits, sales promotions, marketing activities, activity or project invitations and to offer our products, services, or projects.
- To survey your satisfactions in relation to our products, services and projects in order to meet your needs.
- To disclose to our agencies, contractors/sub-contractors and service providers for any operations of CityFresh.
- To disclose to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies and other companies under CityFresh group under the scope of inspection and consulting services including, internal audit.
- To analyze and manage CityFresh’s reputation.
- To conclude power of attorney.
- To proceed with registration for services with bank or financial institution.
- To use as information and supporting documents for any undertakings with banks, financial institutions, the Department of Business Development, the Revenue Department, the Excise Department, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other relevant external organizations.
We collect several types of personal information from you, including:

The criteria used to determine our retention periods include the cases that: we retains the personal information for the duration we have an ongoing relationship with you as a customer; and we may retain the personal information for a longer period as necessary to comply with applicable laws, or to be in accordance with legal prescription, or to establish, comply with or exercise the rights to legal claims or defend against the rights to legal claims, or comply with, for any other cause, our internal policies and regulations.

Government authorities, supervising authorities, independent organizations or other authorities as stipulated by laws, including competent officials exercising power or performing duties according to the laws, e.g. courts, police officers, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Revenue Department, the Department of Energy, the Department of Land, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Transportation, the Legal Execution Department, the Office of the Attorney General, State Audit Office, the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, the Energy Regulatory Commission, etc.
3. External departments, organizations, or individuals involved in the exercising of claims, litigation, disputes, complaints or allegations against CityFresh, e.g. litigants, witnesses, etc.
4. Agencies, contractors/sub-contractors and/or service providers for any operations, e.g. auditors, lawyers, legal advisors, shipping service providers.
5. Third parties upon obtaining your consent, or according to the performance of contracts or laws, as the case may be, including public media and online media.
